In the advanced stages of pregnancy, switch over to five or six meals a day. As your baby starts growing, you won’t be able to take huge amount of food at a time. Make sure that you are properly gaining weight. If not, then better consult a doctor.

Drink Fluids

You need to be in love with water during pregnancy. Drink plenty of fluids. Fluids plays an important role in building body cells and supplying nutrients. Lack of fluids may dehydrate your body, which is definitely not good for your baby. Drink at least eight to ten glasses of water everyday. Make sure that the water is safe and clean.

No To Alcohol And Smoke

This is not the time for crime thrillers. If you love music, listen to soft and soothing music. It will have a positive effect on your baby. In short, do everything possible to kill the stress.

Exercise

Exercise is one way to manage your physical and mental strain. It is always a medicine to boost your energy level. Moreover it will prepare your body for child-birth. You should not over exert.
