With the setting sun, thousands of little penguins (of Eudyptula minor variety) make their way from the sea to their nests on the beach. It would be a soulful experience watching these cute little creatures waddle their way up the beach every day at sunset and this is one of those sights that you cannot miss out on for anything in this world. So head out to the beach and get a glimpse of the world renowned Penguin Parade. You can also buy some souvenirs at the onsite gift shop or enjoy some tasty snacks at the local eatery nearby.

Phillip Island Wildlife Park

Stretching over 60 acres of lush greenery, the Phillip Island Wildlife Park is home to over 100 different species of the country’s national animal, the kangaroo. In addition to kangaroos, the park also houses several Koalas, monkeys and other animals.

You will be surprised at how friendly the kangaroos are at the Phillip Island Wildlife Park. For the moment you enter the park, you will be surrounded by these magnificent creatures which are by the way harmless and would want to get close to you only for food. So make sure you have some foods in hand to feed them. Catch glimpses of some of your favorite animals from the boardwalk or be content with hand feeding the kangaroos!

Nobbies Center

Housing an interpretive center, a souvenir shop, a huge café and a horde of interactive games, the Nobbies Center is a popular place to hang out for people who wish to unwind after a long, tiring day. But that’s not all! The center has an array of interactive panels and windows that let you catch wonderful views of over 5000 Australian fur seals that frequent the region during the months of October, November and December for breeding purposes.
