Pregnant women can take vitamin B6 supplements to prevent morning sickness. Brisk exercise and morning walk in fresh air is good for rejuvenating the expecting mother’s health. However if the feeling of vomiting and nausea is accompanied with weight loss, it is advisable to consult a doctor and seek proper treatment.
